BAE to Provide Strategic Program Management and Technical Support Services for the DHS

BAE Systems has been awarded a multi-year $27.4 million contract to provide program management and technical support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).

BAE Systems’ team of experts will provide the OCFO with strategic analysis and planning, program and portfolio management, process management and governance, IT planning and coordination, and organizational change management and communications.

BAE Systems’ Intelligence & Security sector provides cybersecurity, information technology and intelligence analysis services to the U.S. intelligence and defense communities.

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is responsible for the fiscal management, integrity and accountability of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The mission of the OCFO is to provide guidance and oversight of the Department’s budget, financial management, financial operations for all Departmental management and operations, the DHS Working Capital Fund, grants and assistance awards, and resource management systems to ensure that funds necessary to carry out the Department’s mission are obtained, allocated, and expended in accordance with the Department’s priorities and relevant law and policies.

The OCFO is comprised of:

  • the Budget Division,
  • the Program Analysis and Evaluation Division,
  • the Office of Financial Operations Division,
  • the Financial Management and Policy Division,
  • the Internal Control Management Division,
  • the Resource Management Transformation Office (Financial Systems Division),
  • Financial Assistance Policy & Oversight,
  • the Departmental GAO/OIG Audit Liaison Office, and
  • the Workforce Development Division.
